Blue Star (“we”) offers a quiet online space to remember companion animals. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service is free for now. If paid features are ever added, their price and terms will be shown clearly before any purchase, and payments will be handled by a payment provider such as Stripe.

You keep the rights to the words and photos you add. You’re responsible for having the right to share them, and for keeping what you post lawful and respectful.

We may remove content or accounts that are unlawful, abusive, or harmful to others.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or incidental damages.

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
